Designed for middle school and high school players who are serious about elevating their game, this high-intensity training session focuses on the technical details, repetition, and discipline required to become a more efficient and consistent shooter.
Players will receive focused instruction on shooting mechanics, footwork, balance, shot preparation, and shooting off the catch and dribble. Through advanced, game-specific drills, athletes will develop the ability to execute under pressure, improve shot consistency, and become more effective scoring threats.
